Ironstone Art Space

We have an exciting update to announce. The Ironstone Art Space is a new initiative to open an exhibition and selling space for local artists, here at Banbury Museum & Gallery.

This exhibition space will encompass a hanging space of 18m² (8m hang length) situated in a prime location at the centre of the museum entrance foyer.

We want this space to be an accessible resource for local artists to showcase their work and access a wider audience for their art, whether you are a seasoned exhibiting artist or at the beginning of your artistic career. 

Exhibiting slots will be made available from the beginning of 2026 and we are actively seeking expressions of interest from local artists interested in hiring this space.

Details of hire costs and hanging arrangements will be released by the end of 2025 and we would encourage any interested artists to sign up to our mailing list.
