Connie’s @ The Museum (Canalside Café)

Run by husband and wife duo, Dan and Kayleigh, Connie’s @ The Museum opens this February, bringing fresh, homemade food to the canalside café.

Their family friendly Café is the perfect place to enjoy great coffee and food. They’ll be offering a selection sandwiches, paninis and jacket potatoes as well as homemade cakes and tray bakes.

Connie’s @ The Museum is named after Dan’s late Granny. She was an avid home baker who loved to bake a variety of homemade treats for all occasions. The tradition continued to Dan’s mum who inherited her love of baking and all of Connie’s original recipes. Baking at home with Connie’s recipes, inspired Dan to train as a pastry chef and will be using Connie’s recipes for the cafe’s in house tray bakes.
