Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, goods can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 14 days on receipt of goods in the condition they were sent and using the original payment method.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost in return transit so please keep proof of postage. The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred for return postage unless item was faulty or incorrect.
Cancellation
Banbury Museum & Gallery online shop endeavours to keep all our stock and pricing as up to date as possible. On occasion, should we be unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and process a refund.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing enquiries@banburymuseum.org or calling 01295 236165. If your order has not been dispatched yet, your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued. If cancellation is requested after dispatch, then the normal returns procedure applies.
