Programme for the Day
10am – 4pm Visit our brand new exhibition ‘The Magic of Middle-Earth’ – Open all day, free of charge. Please be aware at busy times, you may be asked to wait.
10am – 2pm Kids Activities -‘3D Under The Sea’ Craft plus ‘Lucky Dip’ (whilst stocks last) – Drop In anytime.
11am- 11.30am Storytime with Sue – Singalong and story time, bring a teddy for a cosy session in the Banbury Gallery.
12pm – 12.30pm Curators Talk – With Museum Director Simon Townsend. ‘The Stories behind the Objects’ -Banbury Gallery
1pm-2pm ‘Exploring Banbury’s Heritage’ with our Museum Reminiscence Team. Using memory to explore our town’s past- Drop In.
2pm – 2.30pm Curators Talk – With Exhibitions Manager Dale Johnston. ‘Alcan in Banbury’. Banbury Gallery.
2pm – 4pm Banbury Historical Society will be open the Rosemary Higham Library for visitors.
