Description:
A rare opportunity to explore the mysterious remains of the town’s First World War munitions filling factory that supplied the front line with nearly four million shells.
Please note that the site has rough terrain and stiles and gates to climb over.
Good mobility and stout footwear are essential and a sense of adventure is desirable!
Attendees will be emailed separately after booking with instructions on how to join the guided walk, location and parking arrangements.
