Frequently Asked Questions:

Booking essential: Each child participating in the event requires their own ticket. Parents and guardians supervision is required throughout the event. Our team will be on hand to offer help and demonstrations, but be prepared to get ‘stuck in’. There are a limited number of spaces available at this event, to secure your ticket please book now using the button above. The event may sell out and we cannot guarantee there will be tickets available on the day.
Location: This event will be held indoors in the Rosemary Higham Library at Banbury Museum & Gallery. Please arrive and check in with one of our friendly staff members at the Museum Reception.
Family Access Information: Please note the lift that connects the museum shop and Castle Quay entrance to the museum is going to be out of order for the foreseeable future. Step free access is available via the canal towpath and the museum’s Spiceball Park Road entrance. The museum itself is fully accessible by lift – perfect for pushchairs transporting sleepy heads. Baby change facilities and toilets are available on all floors of the museum. There is plenty of space to park pushchairs and adventure by foot.
