Welcome and Wow!’ Tour

A ‘Welcome and Wow tour’ is a 15-minute introductory museum tour which showcases key collections on display either in the permanent galleries or through our temporary exhibition programme. The tour is designed for a single class up to 35 students. A tour charge applies.

Cross Curricular, Enrichment, Transition days – KS3

With four galleries, a vibrant temporary exhibition programme and stunning views over the Oxford Canal, Banbury Museum offers a wealth of inspiration for cross-curricula, enrichment and transition days. Time Travellers – KS3 – outreach workshop

Students handle artefacts from the museum collection and refine their enquiry skills as they debate and develop a class timeline based on their findings.
