Please note the lift that connects the museum shop and Castle Quay entrance to the museum is going to be out of order for the foreseeable future. Step free access is available via the canal towpath and the museum’s Spiceball Park Road entrance.
The museum itself is fully accessible by lift – perfect for pushchairs transporting sleepy heads. Baby change facilities and toilets are available on all floors of the museum. There is plenty of space to park pushchairs and adventure by foot.
